Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping: If approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process. Reverse pickup may be arranged in select locations; otherwise, customers may need to ship the item back themselves.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Rejections: If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or non-eligible, the refund will not be processed, and the item may be returned to you at your cost.
